Privacy policy
Version of 22 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data the trenevaudio.com website, the Trenev Plugins Manager app and the licence server licence.trenevaudio.com process, why and for how long. It follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”. This is a translation; the Russian version prevails.
1. Who processes the data
The personal data operator is Anatoly Viktorovich Trenev, self-employed (professional income tax payer). For any question about your data, write to anatoly.trenev@gmail.com.
2. The trenevaudio.com website
The website uses no cookies, visitor counters, analytics or ads, and collects no data through forms. Fonts, scripts and images load from the same server; no third-party services are involved when you open the site. The web server keeps no visitor log.
If you write by email or Telegram, your address, name and message are used only to reply, to sell and to support your licence. The operator’s email runs on Gmail, so emails are stored by Google; Telegram messages are stored by Telegram. Both services keep their servers outside Russia.
3. The app and the licence server
Trenev Plugins Manager talks only to the licence server and to the plug-in download links, with no telemetry. The plug-ins themselves never go online. The licence server keeps only what licences need:
- email address — to sign in with a code sent by email and to tie purchases and licences to it;
- purchase details — which plug-in, order number, amount, date;
- computer fingerprint — a hash of the Mac’s hardware identifier (the identifier cannot be recovered from it) and the computer name the app shows, to tie a licence or a trial to a computer and to show you which computers are in use;
- dates of trials, activations and sign-ins;
- IP address of a sign-in code request — to limit the number of emails and to stop codes being sent to other people’s addresses. These records are deleted after one day;
- the licence server’s technical log — the time, IP address and path of each request to the server, for diagnostics and protection against attacks. The log is overwritten automatically as it fills up.
Sign-in codes and session keys are stored only as hashes. Bank card data is never received or stored by the website, the app or the licence server.
4. Purposes and legal grounds
The data is processed to issue and check plug-in licences, to give trials, to answer your messages and to protect the service from abuse. The grounds are the performance of the licence agreement (public offer) to which you are a party (Art. 6(1)(5) of Law 152-FZ) and the operator’s legitimate interest in protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(7) of Law 152-FZ). The data is not sold, not used for advertising or mailings, and no automated decisions are made from it.
5. Who receives the data
- SMTP.BZ — an email delivery service: receives your email address to deliver the sign-in code.
- Robokassa LLC — the payment service. You enter your card data and the email for the receipt on its page. The operator receives from Robokassa only a payment confirmation (order number and amount), never card data.
- The Federal Tax Service of Russia, “My Tax” (Moi Nalog) app — under the professional income tax law, every payment is registered in “My Tax”. The receipt is sent to the email you enter at checkout.
- Google (Gmail) and Telegram — if you write by email or Telegram, the correspondence is stored by these services on their servers outside Russia.
- Hosting provider — the website and the licence server run on a server rented from it. Only the operator has access to the data on the server.
Data is passed to others only where the law requires it.
6. How long the data is kept
Email, purchases, licences and computer fingerprints are kept while your account exists: a licence has to keep working after a reinstall. IP records used to limit emails are deleted after one day, the server’s technical log is overwritten as it fills up, sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes, and an app session after 180 days. Correspondence is kept while it is needed to support your licence and is deleted at your request. To delete your account and its data, write by email: the data will be deleted within 30 days, except what must be kept by law.
7. Your rights
You can ask what data about you is kept, ask to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to processing. Write to anatoly.trenev@gmail.com: you will get an answer within 10 business days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can complain to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or go to court.
8. How the data is protected
The website, the app and the licence server exchange data only over HTTPS. Codes and session keys are stored as hashes, licence files are signed, and the server can be reached only with the operator’s key.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, a new version with its date will appear on this page.
